The questions people ask before they sign up — answered the way we'd answer them on a jobsite.

What is Nextprojex?
The free network for commercial construction — the industry's Rolodex, rebuilt as a living network. Every company and player in one place: architects, GCs, subs, suppliers, reps, and owners. Find anyone by trade and territory, reach them directly, and see the work early. The project intelligence is a layer on top — the point is that the whole industry is finally connected.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Every seat — owner, architect, GC, sub, supplier, rep — is free. The network only works when the whole industry is on it, so we don't put anyone behind a paywall.
Do I need a work email?
No — anyone in the industry can join with a personal address. A work email is simply the fastest route to a verified badge, because it ties you to a real company automatically. With a personal address you join unverified and can get verified later through a colleague’s vouch or by hand. The one place a work email still matters is claiming a company page — and if you don’t have one, you can ask us to approve the claim instead. Disposable and temporary inboxes aren’t accepted.
Who can post projects?
Owner, Architect, and GC accounts — the people with firsthand knowledge that a project is real. Everyone else discovers, follows, connects, and gets on the cast.
How does project verification work?
Automatically, the moment you submit — and your project publishes instantly. The system checks that your business email domain carries your company name (dana@quarrystone.com posting as Quarrystone Sales Group) and watches for duplicates and rapid-fire posting; a watchdog bot re-sweeps the entire board nightly. Anything suspicious gets flagged and pulled. Posting a fake project ends your account — that's in the Terms, and we mean it.
Can I message anyone on the network?
No — and that's deliberate. Messaging requires a mutual connection: you send a request, they accept, then you can talk. It's the difference between a network and a spam cannon.
How do reviews and ratings work?
Only verified teammates can review you — people who were on the cast of a verified project you shared. No drive-by reviews, no pay-for-stars, one review per teammate per project. Top Rated ranks members by role and territory, because a Mid-Atlantic GC doesn't care who's hot in Denver.
What's a project ID?
Every verified project gets a permanent site number (like NPX-2026-0014) you can search, reference in emails, or drop into your CRM. One number, one project, no ambiguity.
Does it work with my CRM?
SYNC is the CRM — boards, follow-ups, wins and losses, shared across your team, with every card pointing at a live project in the network. Bring an existing pipeline across as a CSV and we match it. A Smartsheet connection is built and in testing; Salesforce, HubSpot, Procore and Autodesk are behind it on the roadmap. We’ll say so here the day each one is switched on.
How do I lock down my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security — a 6-digit code from your authenticator app on top of your sign-in. Takes two minutes.
Which regions does it cover?
All 50 states plus DC. Your profile carries a territory — every state you work — and rankings, filters, and search all respect it.

Ten seconds to sign up. Zero dollars.
