Getting in

Account, verification, and the badge that unlocks the rest.

What it is
A free account on the network. Every seat is free — owner, architect, GC, sub, supplier, rep.
Where to find it
nextprojex.com/signup, or the Sign up free button in the top bar of any public page.
What you can do
Pick your role, your company, and the states you work. Your territory drives search, filters and rankings from that point on.
Who it’s for
Anyone in commercial construction. A work email is not required — a personal address works, it just starts you unverified.
What it is
The verified badge. Open entry, gated trust: anyone can create an account, but the badge and the actions that carry weight sit behind verification.
Where to find it
Prompted after signup, and any time from Profile.
What you can do
Three routes: automatic domain match if your email domain carries your company name, a vouch from a verified colleague, or a manual license review by hand.
Who it’s for
Everyone. Unverified accounts can look around; verification is what unlocks the actions other members rely on.
What it is
A meter showing how complete your profile is, and what to add next.
Where to find it
Profile in the sidebar, under You.
What you can do
Work the meter to full. A thin profile is the single biggest reason people skip past you in search.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
Your personal invite code and your company's referral link. The network is only as useful as the people on it.
Where to find it
Profile, and your company page's referral link at nextprojex.com/{your-company}/ref.
What you can do
Send your code to the people you already work with. Invites are tracked back to you and your company.
Who it’s for
Everyone.

The network

The Rolodex. Every company and every player, searchable by trade and territory.

Projects

Project intelligence — the layer that sits on top of the network.

What it is
One page per project, with a permanent site number like NPX-2026-0014.
Where to find it
Open any card in Horizon, Following, or search.
What you can do
Reference the ID in an email or drop it into your CRM. One number, one project, no ambiguity.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
Who is actually on the job — architect, GC, subs, suppliers, reps.
Where to find it
On any project page.
What you can do
See the team, then reach the person you need directly instead of guessing at a switchboard.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
Adding a project to the network. Free, and it publishes instantly.
Where to find it
Post a project on the Horizon screen.
What you can do
Submit it and verification runs automatically the moment you do. A watchdog re-sweeps the board nightly; anything suspicious gets flagged and pulled.
Who it’s for
Owner, Architect and GC accounts — the people with firsthand knowledge that a project is real. Posting a fake project ends the account.

Your presence

What the rest of the industry sees when they land on you.

What it is
A short, manual presence line — where you are and what you are on.
Where to find it
Your initials at the top right → Status.
What you can do
Set it when it is worth setting. Nothing is inferred or tracked automatically; it only says what you typed.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
A 24-hour company post. It goes up, it gets seen, it goes away.
Where to find it
From your company page.
What you can do
Post a crew on site, a delivery, a finished install — the things worth showing but not worth archiving.
Who it’s for
Company page admins.
What it is
Two ladders: personal badges (Member → Connector → Voice → Builder → Keystone) and company tiers (Listed → Present → Claimed → Active → Established → Cornerstone).
Where to find it
On your profile and your company page.
What you can do
Both move on real participation. Nothing here is for sale.
Who it’s for
Everyone.

Talking to people

Messaging, the feed, and how you find out something happened.

What it is
The bell. Requests, replies, and anything aimed directly at you.
Where to find it
Top bar, right side, next to your initials.
What you can do
Clear the ones that need an answer. What reaches you here is controlled in Settings → Notifications.
Who it’s for
Everyone.

Tools

The working end. Some open for everyone, some switch on per account.

The rest

Jobs, the award, and the drawing.

Account and privacy

The switches, and what the rest of the network can see.

What it is
A 6-digit code from your authenticator app on top of your sign-in.
Where to find it
Settings → Security.
What you can do
Turn it on. It takes two minutes and it is the single best thing you can do for your account.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
The line between your profile and your contact details.
Where to find it
Settings, and the privacy controls on your profile.
What you can do
Decide what the network sees. Your email is never published as a field on the network.
Who it’s for
Everyone.
What it is
How a company gets listed before anyone claims it, and how to get it changed or taken down.
Where to find it
nextprojex.com/listing-policy.
What you can do
Read the policy, then claim the page or ask for removal.
Who it’s for
Anyone, including people who are not members yet.

Nothing here yet.
